The Insy Volleyball Club focuses on consistent hard work and striving to become a better volleyball player. We believe in pushing your teammates to be better, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in yourself. Character is revealed in times of adversity and volleyball provides that adversity. By putting these young volleyball players in extremely competitive situations, we help them develop their character which will benefit them not only in volleyball, but in life.

Volleyball has become a significant part of the Insyarath family as the passion for the sport has lived on through several generations. It all started with Khamphong Insyarath, who played for the Lao National Team, winning numerous tournaments. He went on to establish one of the first Lao volleyball teams in the Fresno area. His five children followed in his footsteps allowing volleyball to become a core part of their lives. Living up to the family name their father had created, brothers, Khamphet, Nouleck, Kao, and Outhay make up the team known as the Ravens, competing in tournaments across California and in states such as Minnesota and Texas. Their achievements can only be described as eminent as they have left a long lasting mark on the volleyball courts that reside across the Central Valley. Trophies line their walls, yet they still remain genuinely humble and kind, lending their knowledge to those who look up to them. They have gone on to support the Wolf Pack volleyball team in their efforts to be impressive participants within the volleyball field. They have also taken it upon themselves to help the youth within their community, experiencing positive results as the children they have coached have gone on to advance in their school’s volleyball team. Influential and inspiring, this family will forever carry with them the meaning of victory and determination, emitting those values into the world around them.
